Robert established Monk Estates in 1991. He has many years of valuable experience touching on different sectors in the property industry and has played an essential role in developing in and around Nottinghamshire from restoring derelict buildings to new build developments.
Robert's main interests include - a founding member of the Nottingham Property Lunch Club, sailing and shooting.
Samuel has been instrumental in the growth of Monk Estates. Since joining the family firm in 2010 he has helped it to grow and continue to diversify into new sectors including retail, high-end residential and more recently build to rent purpose-built accommodation. Samuel specialises in acquisitions and funding of new developments, including forward funding and joint ventures. He also has skills for obtaining planning consents on complex projects.
Main interests include - a founding member of Innovate PLC, which is a highly regarded property social networking event in Nottingham. Other hobbies include tinkering with his beloved 1968 Ford Mustang which has been restored over many years, sailing, skiing and restoring old residential properties.
Although part-time, India plays an integral role in the office by looking after the team and keeping everyone entertained! She spends most of her time eating treats and in her free time enjoys swimming and long walks.
