Church Street was our first international Student project. Comprising of just 212 units, it was a small scheme in comparison to previous projects. However, we were the first non-Irish based company to secure planning permission for purpose-built student accommodation in Dublin, a city known for its complex planning process. The scheme was delivered forValeo Group in 2018.
