A city centre development completed in 2004 providing 605 bed spaces.The build includes 15,000 sq ft of retail space occupied by Aldi, 40,000 sqft of additional retail space, together with a 250-space public car park.

Church Street, Dublin

Church Street was our first international Student project. Comprising of just 212 units, it was a small scheme in comparison to previous projects. However, we were the first non-Irish based company to secure planning permission for purpose-built student accommodation in Dublin, a city known for its complex planning process. The scheme was delivered forValeo Group in 2018.
